Why do i have no signal?

I recently questioned O2 about why they bumped up my line rental to 21.37 from 19.99, when i signed up to a promo offer for 19.99. I was told it was because regulators had bumped up rates across all networks and service providers but when i told them that none of my other services raised they prices they were adoment that was the case and now i dont get reception at home. What fraud op is o2 running

Your bill increases by rpi every year. It’s in the T&C’s.
Your loss of signal could be due to a network issue and is nothing to do with the price increase.
