Hi ,I have upgrade to sim only on 29th June 2016 by phone ,when I call the customer service,the lady told me clearly that I have 500mins 500Mb &unlimited text ,£5/month .BUT today when I check my allowance by phone app ,I only have 100mins allowance .
I don't understand what's going on ,thank you very much .

From personal experiance this will be prorata and they only seam to prorata the Calls and Texts and not the data segment for some reason

The data stays the same but as @adamtemp64 says they pro rata minutes & text but you will get all your full allowances from your next bill date
