Why do I keep getting a bill when I am not in a contract and got no phone

As customers like yourself, we can only guess the contract didn't get cancelled so you must contact CS to sort it out http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Yes you really need to sort this out now and clarify with customer service. Things have been known to go wrong after a change of mind and rather than get an unwarrented default on your credit file, call them first thing this morning.
