Why cant you increase your device plan payment online? You can decrease your payment, or pay the std amount. you have to dial 202and wait hours on hold to speak to an incompetent person that struggles to understand your request. This is so frustrating! argh!

Because it's a regulated credit agreement.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Thats not true, last month i paid more as i managed to speak to a person with a 'good' grasp of the English language. Today wasted 2 hours speaking to people that simply cannot do their job. I just want to clear the device plan. At this rate i will be leaving O2 as the CS is so poor!

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
