I have 2 mobile phones , both on 02 , 1st only contract , 2nd pay a you go ,

both have the same problem at same time , mid day 17/5/13, limited survive only., been fine till then, contacted the help people , no joy , was told my contract phone was not in use to date! Madness have had this phone in use for many yr and bills to prove it,

there seems to  be no net work received on auto , so manual select , this give me only one option = T mobile !  Both phones are 02 , they say it is OK , can any one help , need my phones as I'm disabled, contract is life line , pay as you go  as back up!

Try to find an area where you are getting a signal and call Customer Services on 202 for free from your contract phone to report the fault.

Must be a network issue. You can check your postcode here http://status.o2.co.uk/ Rebooting your phone will help if there has been a service outage which has since been fixed.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

If nothing shows on the status page ring them on 202 from your Pay Monthly phone from where you get a signal.
