O2 have had some problems with  contacting customer services. We hoped it was all fixed but you will have to persevere really.http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

This is not cs. This is a customer to customer forum. You will have to persevere in calling. Is there anything we can help with as long as it is not account related

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I share the frustration, no responce to on line chat, no email address, not really looking after the customer!

 

If anyone has an email address that gets a responce, I would be pleased to hear.

sorry to hear that you've had trouble getting on contact this week. we have experiences few separate issues with access that has affected waiting times. Have you tried again today? Also make sure to check your MyO2 in case the info you need can be found there.
