Being ripped off by O2!......Since January 2022, I have been paying two device plans and two "Air Plans"......simply because I requested a non 5G Sim and requesting to keep my existing number......Both accounts were activated.....only 1 device......Whats going on??..........Poor service and no way of speaking to a person directly. On line Chat service is completely inept and inadequate!....Worst Mobile provider ever!?
