Why can I upgrade cheaper elsewhere

I spoke to someone on live chat yesterday about early upgrade, I told them I was offered a better deal at cpw than what I was currently offered with O2, they then went away and came back with a counter offer, but each time they did, they still didn't beat what I was offered, I have since have had a little shop about and I can get an iPhone 6 with 1gb data unlimited texts and calls, no upfront cost £32.50 pm, O2 offered my this at £36 pm with an upfront cost of £129.99, I don't understand why they can't look after there loyal customers

This is probably due to O2 being the only network that offers the Refresh tariff.

(Paying for handset and airtime seperately) This appeals to many people

You can often get a better deal away from a main supplier, you just have to choose the best deal for you.

Loyalty doesn't exist much these days.

It's because the handsets are subsidies with incentives to lure you in but beware of hidden charges like insurance
