I've noticed due to the new layout I can no longer send emails to o2 with enquiries. I called them up to ask about it and each person I spoke to shrugged their shoulders and said they dont know where its gone.
If O2 have decided to pull the plug on receiving emails via their website at least have the decency to tell your staff.
If the function is still there, then where? Its driving me mad.

The contact us page is **bleep**.
They try to get us to help ourselves bit like the self serve checkouts in Tesco. theres no customer service in this world anymore.
Theres clearly an appetite for the email service to be put back. Who ever removed it was a **bleep** in my opinion.
I'm really unsure as to why so many of you agree with the removal and make excuses up for O2 pehaps you work for them? very admiral

There is no valid reason as to why there is no email link on the contact page. Every company normally has a direct email link on their website. To me it makes no sense to make it so difficult to find.
