I left 02 recently but you are chasing me for another monthly payment

You get your final bill after 30m days.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

@Nothere If you were paying your bill by Direct Debit, leave it in place until you receive a zero bill. Many people have been caught out and found themselves with a credit problem if they haven't done that.
