Why am I being charged for premium and information charges?

Why am I beng billed for premium and information charges when I have not used these services?  How do I get in touch with the company that is charging my account this money.  Do I text 66033 or will I have to pay for this too?

Been billed £9.30 extra a month.....:(

 

Any help will be greatfully received.

Be cartel in future about completing quizzes on Facebook or answering survey questions. These are common ways that they trap you.
