From 1st June, I have been paying £15.96 monthly, instead of the usual £10.11. The reason given; "This bill contains £5.85 of airtime charges outside of your plan". However, my mobile usage hasn't changed. Any advice as to why this increase, much appreciated.

Just go to the ‘Support’ tab and ‘Start a Conversation’ at the bottom.
