Who is taking £1 from my "pay as you go" for internet that i dont use?!!!,

I keep getting £1 taken off of my ballance for internet (50 mb) which I dont want and it must be used same day! Can I stop this ? how did it start ? did I press a button on my nokia phone that I shouldnt of ?  I am a Tech shy granny so any help must be easy to understand. Thanks

You would probably have to call Customer Services to turn it back on for you. You might want to think about getting a phone that you would have more control over yourself, rather than having to call CS to turn things on or off all the time. Good luck. Let us know how you get on.
