Who is taking £1 from my "pay as you go" for internet that i dont use?!!!,

I keep getting £1 taken off of my ballance for internet (50 mb) which I dont want and it must be used same day! Can I stop this ? how did it start ? did I press a button on my nokia phone that I shouldnt of ?  I am a Tech shy granny so any help must be easy to understand. Thanks

You are I'm afraid, and with that model Nokia phone it can't be turned off apparently.

Turn off mobile data. You phone is connecting to data services which cost £1 a day unless you have a bolt on....

How do I do that ? I can't find anything called mobile data in my menu etc,

Settings,connectivity, leads to ..... Bluetooth + Packet data + USB Data cable.....do I go to "packet data" , there is no "mobile data" and what do I do when I get there?

Thanks 🙂  That sounds the same as mine ! Will I be able to get on the internet if I need to in the future ? I only used it once while on holliday in Yorkshire ! I normaly only top up £10 every 6 months but last time I took up a £15 offer ... did this cause the problem?
