Can anyone help...I've received a new phone to replace a contract which ended,I've spoke to o2 and they have duplicated the new contract and cancelled the old and I've advised that I wanted to keep my old number which was obliged..now the question is do I put old sim in new device or put new SIM in?

Many thanks

Only one of them will be active so use the one that works slight_smile

If the old sim fits your new phone then use that.....if you want to keep your original number...

Hello @Nj1972,

welcome to the O2 community!

The only SIM you can use is that works wink If you want to keep your old number, take a look at the help pages here to find out what you need to do.

But the best advice for you would be to find the best way for you to get in touch with Customer Service here since they can help you better checking your account, SIMs and numbers.

Please let us know if we can help you more! We hope to see you around Wave

Thanks a lot @Cleoriff and @MI5 for your help heartHero
