According to DHL, it has been delayed. Regarding why and when it will be possibly delivered I must contact the sender (O2). O2 is unreachable by phone and myO2, due to he pandemic, understandably.

I'd love to know if there's a more efficient way to contact O2 regarding my package. It's no big deal, I would simply like to know because I'm still working (NHS) and would love to reschedule a suitable timeslot.

Thanks.

Hi,

Customer services are extremely busy so you might not be able to get through to them and they are only dealing with urgent calls at the moment.

You might be better to wait for it to arrive

Hi @GAVEL

Please see the link posted below on how you can track your order. Unfortunately this is not something we can look into on the Community forum as we do not have access to your account. Hope the link helps. https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-monthly/how-to-track-your-order

Hey Stacey, thank you for your feedback. I've read the link prior. After noting If you’ve ordered an accessory, you won’t be able to track your order. But don’t worry, it’ll be with you before long I presumed my only bet was to contact O2 directly to speak with someone. Is this possible, or do I simply have to wait?
