Where's my bill?

It seems like a bit of a stupid question, but I signed up to Pay Monthly last month but still cant see my bill. I've gone to 'view/pay my bill' but cant seem to find it.

 

Any help?

What browser are you using ?

After you login to your o2 account you should see

My bill summary

My bill summary

What you've paid, what's due, and when.

Bill date

   21st July 2012 

Payment due on

   4th August 2012 

Latest bill amount

£xx.xx

Balance*

£xx.xx

Next bill date

   21st August 2012 

* Billed amount less any payments received


    View and print your latest bill

Clicking on view and print latest bill opens a new window.

So make sure pop ups are allowed.

Nope, not there. I haven't seen that since signning up to O2.

Seems a few people are having issues..

 

What link do you use to get to your user area ?

 

What browser are you using ?

 

How long have you been using o2 ? ie, have you had any previous bills ?

To answer your questions:

  • I used the link that you gave me in the preivous post or by just coming to the O2 website.
  • I am using Chrome
  • I have been with O2 for about 2 years but on Pay as you Go. I switched over to Pay Monthly about 7-8 weeks ago and have never been able to see my bill.

Are you using the new Pay Monthly log in details (username and password) you were given when you got your new account?

Well I have just tried with Chrome and it goes straight to my acc.

 

Have you recieved a email from o2 re your bill. That has a reminder link for your details. But agree that if you have changed to contract from payg. When setting it up they may have asked for new details.

 

Perhaps try call o2 and see if they can remind you of your login.

I've also started getting error codes trying to view my bill/s.  Live chat said they've got technical issues and they'll log it with their technical people who will get back to me within 5 days! :-(

 

Anyone know why I get this error code?

EBPP_1103: General Error occurred while retrieving role information.

 

TBH I've been having a lot of problems with O2 lately and have lost faith in the company.  I seem to be getting one problem after another.

 

forgot to add: I'm trying to view it via "My O2", "My linked accounts".

I only signed up with a login & password when I switched to pay monthly. The reason was so I could see my bill - as asked to in the emails I received.
