Hi All,

Who received the credit for Jan bill?

O2 promised to give 2 days credit to customers in the end of Jan but I don’t see any.

Where is it?

@Vlad it showed up as a adjustment in MyO2 under the billing detail.

I don’t have any adjustment and I paid £27 as usual. How could I call the O2 representative to my topic as their online help is really useless.

Well I had mine  in January £3 and change as I have 2 accounts with O2.

 

Check your December and January bills again @Vlad it's bound to be on one or the other. It's a small amount easily overlooked. I only noticed mine because it was a credit I couldn't account for and then I twigged it was for the outage. I'd actually forgotten all about it tbh.
