Where is my phone??

Phone ordered 29th November for next day delivery. 11 days later still no phone. Can’t get through to customer services. Customer services don’t answer messenger. You haven’t set up MyO2 so I can’t use the live chat. My existing phone was cut off as I was expecting this next day. Absolutely no updates regarding delivery. What is going on??? Doesn’t look like I’m the only one according to Facebook. Why can’t you offer an alternative colour that is in stock?!! Makes absolutely no sense. You’ve got thousands of red, white, black and green but don’t offer customers the choice to change the colour?!? Instead we re waiting indefinitely with no updates. Just ridiculous.

How do you know how many phones o2 have?? As i doubt they have thousands of phones sat around. Unfortunatley o2 can only send out what they have and what are supplied to them by the Manufacturers and if its an Apple Device then Apple prioritise there own channels as they make more money. 

 

There is also a Global Chip shortage and shipping issues from the likes of Vietnam and China, which is delaying imports into the UK


Also most customers dont want a random colour sent to them...

The reason I know how many they have of each colour is because customer services told me!!! I ordered mine in a Black Friday sale and they said they had thousands of the other colours and listed it to me and said I could cancel my contract and take out a new contract with another colour but would lose the Black Friday deal. Sounded like a bit of a scam to me as when I ordered it, it said it was in stock. So if I cancel the deal and take out a more expensive contract - then get another message to say that’s now out of stock. I just wondered how many other people are in the same boat. Stop selling the contracts if you haven’t got the phones!!!

Customer service won't know how many phones they have as there isn't a live stock system

I's pot luck nd I would never ever count on O2 having enough phones to meet Christmas orders

Guessing there will be quite a few upset kids (and parents) expecting one as a Christmas present

The only people in o2 who know how many phones o2 have are Enterprise Account Managers and the guys in the Warehouses / Inventory.



Customer Services don't know at all and they will be doing a finger in the air type guess...


I would never count on o2, Voda, EE or Three having any phones, or for that matter Apple or Samsung, as they can't produce enough.


Best bet is to cancel and try your luck elsewhere, as no one will be able to yell you.
