Where is my order

Hi I ordered the Apple Watch s5 on 8.4.20 I received all the emails containing the terms and conditions and the email to state order was accepted! Today a week later the upfront payment has been returned! I’ve not had a dispatch email either? Does this mean I’ve been rejected, I can’t get through to o2 on the phone and all other options re direct me to this page

If the upfront payment has been returned, then yes you have been refused. If accepted they would have kept the payment and notified you when it was on it's way to you.
