Shame this is a negative post...
ordered two two phones yesterday for me and hubby for delivery today. Tracking number provided by O2 doesn't work and O2 aren't able to help? But they are able to take my money and change my tariff etc .... But where is the phone? O2 answer stay in another day 8-22.00 and see if it turns up?

As said, the order status changed as soon as it was handed to the courier. It is only implied delivery by association so call them as a matter of urgency. It would be no surprise to anyone if your first bill is being processed as we speak.
