Shame this is a negative post...
ordered two two phones yesterday for me and hubby for delivery today. Tracking number provided by O2 doesn't work and O2 aren't able to help? But they are able to take my money and change my tariff etc .... But where is the phone? O2 answer stay in another day 8-22.00 and see if it turns up?

Yes I think so. I had an email that it had been dispatched. O2 said the same just there was nothing they could do... Which seems a bit weird?

O2 should be chasing the courier as its their responsibility to get the phones to you. The fact that you have tracking numbers means the phones were in stock and have been despatched. Keep calling them and don't let them try to tell you to contact the couriers. Until you receive those phones the onus is on O2 to find out where they are. The only other alternative is to wait in tomorrow, but either way consider a complaint.

Also no surprise that the tracking numbers didn't work. That particular system failure was reported weeks back. Apparently O2 are aware and are working on it....
