Where is my balance & rewards money

Now I am on a monthly contract I would like to know where my balance from my payg a/c also my rewards money has disappeared to

You can call Customer Services free on 202 from your mobile and ask there.

Your P&G credit definitely gets transferred over to your account and will show on your first bill if you have kept the same mobile number. I am fairly sure the same thing happens with Rewards. Call on 202 if you don't see them credited to your account.

Credit will show on first or second bill depending when bill is produced and when you moved number and loyalty rewards on 4th bill usually but cs can confirm this may even have a date of credit for rewards
