I made an order within the 02 shop in Sutton Surrey paid my £50 deposit then with the lockdown my order has not arrived. How can I check what has happend. 02 themselves have no record of the order as it was done instore.

O2 should still be able to see your order so call customer service Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
