I'm trying to buy a PAYG phone but the billing address you have is incorrect. I'm looking all over the account section but see nowhere to change it, can someone give me a link please?

I'm logged in to MyO2 on the website right now, please show me the link to change my address.
My O2 > Pay & Go > then on the right it has Account, Contact and Security Details. At the bottom is has Billing Addresses, with the text "If you need to change an address click on one of your products in the list."
So I click on my PAYG product, and I get a whole bunch of links, none of which as far as I can see let me change my address.

And I would suggest that if it can be done online (which is the purpose of MyO2 after all) then that is a far easier route to follow.....

Yes, see it now, I replied before you finished editing.
I take it you called 4445 as you are Payg and not 202 which is for pay monthly.?
If you call again, ask to be put through to accounts.
