Can someone point me in the right direction to download my Invoices / bills. it just keeps going round it circles on My 02. It driving me crazy and I cant keep contacting customer services everytime I wish to see this information. i dont habve the added time to go round in circles hunting for this information that you used to get so quickly

On the new system, from the Home page scroll down and click View bill
From there you can download a pdf copy of your bill.
There is a facility to do the same with previous bills

This looks like something you’ll be able to do or check in the My O2 app. We have a guide to help with that if you’re unsure how to use it Guide: My O2 App
And don’t worry if you get stuck because there’s an in-app messaging service you can use to chat with O2 who can help. Just go to the ‘Support’ tab and ‘Start a Conversation’ at the bottom
