When will you fix the "Setup or manage my numbers" page?

In the hope that an O2 admin is reading these posts: when are you going to fix this page?

I've been trying over a month to access it, going as far as step 2 and then ... nothing. I receive the 4-digit code on my phone, I enter it on the page, the page refreshes and I'm still on step 2 asking me to request a 4-digit code. I know I'm not alone in this, and a quick web search is proof enough.

 

I've spoken to a live chat which didn't help really; I had to set up through the chat my numbers, but it didn't resolve the actual problem which is I can't manage my numbers online.

 

Now, I can see O2 has this weird policy of being unable to be reached via email. It's your company, your ways, let's respect that, even though it's disrespect to your customers. But if you have a page up and running on your website, either you make it work or you take it down for God's sake! What's the point of running live a page advertising a service, that doesn't work?
