When will I get 100% LTE on O2 without the need to fall back on 3G?

This user seem to have real issues with the o2 network and all its intricacies.
If it's not some random game not working it's not happy with fallback to 3g.
Direct fallback to 2G from LTE did happen in some countries/regions, because that network did not have 3G, or that LTE is not designed to do CSFB on that domestic 3G, or 3G coverage is poorer than LTE coverage.

Doesn't look like it but I was asking a valid question anyway?
The OP intimates that VoLTE is part of the Ofcom requirement which I wasn't aware of?
Not arguing with you at all Rich...just a bit confused that Toby said he 'had closed the thread for now'
Yes a valid question so I am rather pleased it wasn't closed... as I like to learn...:smileytongue:

I wasn't actually aware there was any obligation for VoLTE ?
I think whether there is any obligation is not actually important. Last I knew, 4G is intended to be all-IP, using IP for voice as well is for efficiency so it will eventually comes out and also for emergency calls.
