Again, I am not talking about 100% with respect to land and/or places. I am talking about the ability to solely use LTE without a problem in obligated coverage area.

I am not talking about any current coverage.

No you're not. You're constantly banging on about how much better things are in South Korea, which no one actually cares about. Read the link that @adamtemp64 posted. O2's obligation is to provide 98% 4G coverage by December 31, 2017. Not VoLTE. 4G. That's it. End of.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

I think you are misunderstanding something about LTE.

VoLTE(more generally IMS) is a part of specification of LTE. CSFB on 3G is intended for transition only.

I believe that only 3 offers VoLTE and that is in limited areas

There is no obligation for LTE so if that ever occurs then you can argue about but this should stop now because LTE is not on the horizon

Actually, EE also has VoLTE currently in some cities.

I am not actually complaining on anything on O2 network, just want to know what level of service I can expect after a certain period of time such as when I will see nationalwide(in obliged coverage area) VoLTE on O2.

Go to EE then. You have slightly contradicted yourself. You are complaining. As I have said before o2 don't give out timeframes so it's pointless asking

No one can currently rely solely on LTE at this moment in UK. I am also not expected on this currently. I am only talking about future.

I agree that there is no announcement from O2 about the exact time for rolling out VoLTE.

But that was your question !!!!!!!!

"When will I get 100% LTE on O2 without the need to fall back on 3G?"

"I am talking about when will O2 finish its coverage obligation and support VoLTE in which there is no need to fall back on 3G in those areas."

If O2 don't know how the heck do you expect us to know ?

This user seem to have real issues with the o2 network and all its intricacies.
If it's not some random game not working it's not happy with fallback to 3g.
