When can I upgrade from sim only?

Hi I was wondering if anyone knew when I could up grade from sim only

to get a new phone? My app says I can up grade but only shows me sim only plans!!??😳

3 months asssuming all bills are paid on time but it needs an override by customer service to allow you to upgrade.
You’ll need to call them on 202 to get yourself set up.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

On a 12 month sim only you can upgrade after 3 months of on time in full payments

If you are on a 30 day sim only contract the 3 month rule doesn't apply
