When am I going to receive my Pixel 9 Pro XL?

I upgraded last thursday using switch up & the order still says processing and I have not received a dispatch email, despite the expected delivery date being tomorrow(22nd). However, on the actual order it says they have already sent the item, but alas, still no email. What should I expect?

Hopefully the warehouse kerfuffle will be sorted out by then. Still such a shame that people who preordered the other variants that are already released still haven't got theirs yet.

I hope so @AamirM94  as the biggest launch of the year is on Monday followed by pre-orders from next Thursday (if the rumours are to be believed) and o2 don't want to mess up the iPhone 16 pre-orders...

I havent got mine today... but the delivery date still says today but nothing.

Yep exactly the same. On phone they have told me I'll have it 1 to 5 working days. In store this morning, they have no idea and they themselves haven't received any stock of a popular phone model since 18th August

It's a complete mess at O2 at the moment just as I posted last night
