When Upgrading - Do you keep current phone?

Quick one really... I'm 12 months into a 24 month plan. I see an option to pay for an early upgrade and sign up to a new contract etc. If I do that... do I get to keep my current phone as well?

You keep the phone as long as it's paid off in full
