My boyfriend ( only 6 months )had to go to New Zealand to see his sick mum. He turned all phones off because of work contacting him. He's been gone 6 weeks and the other day his Whatsapp was in use. I got a friend to call the number on her phone and he answered. I'm not sure if he is home or still there. The ringtone wasn't no different from ringing him here so does that mean he's here or still there and the times on Whatsapp are the same as ours and I know there is a time difference.

I could but that number with the Whatsapp on it, as far as he knows I've not got it  he rang me a couple of times and I stored it. I will ring it eventually but want to give him benefit of the doubt.I didn't think it was his phone but since he has been in NZ I realise it is

Theirs no reason why you shouldn't have contact numbers for your partner.

I'm sure all will be well. slight_smile

I don't wish to be a party pooper but if it's ringing the same as at home he is home. If he was abroad you would hear a different ring tone.

I agree with you. Someone said it would be the same ringtone if calling a uk mobile number from a uk mobile regardless if they were abroad. Don't use Whatsapp for six weeks then it goes on. You're no part pooper

It's easy for us to be sat here saying stuff.

Try not to make any pre judgements.

Good luck.

BoB @skyerayleigh  asked for advice. It was given. No-one is pre-judging anything...but if she wants to know...she needs to ring him and find out....

If she keeps on wondering she will only make matters worse wink

100% the correct and only advice needed here.

I'm sure it's all innocent but you won't settle to you know one way or another......
