Whats using my balance

I have a spare pay and go phone.

It has not been switched on for two weeks and yet my balance has gone down.

What is using it?

I thought I had disabled everything but I must be missing something.

Can anybody help.

May i please ask how do you know the balance has gone down if it isn't switched on.

As soon as you them it on unless you have a Web bolt on you will be charged £1 per day Web Daily

On P&G My O2 won't show where usage has gone but it's more than likely something is connecting when first switched on before wifi kicks in.

Make sure mobile data is switched off as sometimes the default switches it on when the phone boots up. Maybe you need a different tariff with some data included.
