Trying to remove this website restriction from my account, although they know I’m over 18 🙄🙄🙄. How do I remove it?

Potentially something that you should be able to change in My o2 then - you need a fingerprint/PIN to open the app?

As long as the child didn't know the login details but I don't think ofcom rules allow it anyway.
