Had contract with o2,
Coverage was bad so in second day of contract i called O2 and got cancelled my contract, but why i'm getting bill for 152 pounds now ?
Just got email 152.81 and it's gonna be taken out in 14 days

Sounds like the cancellation has not been processed correctly if you cancelled on day 2 @amilolv

Yeas they even confirmed on the phone that i did cancel it in 14 day cooling period...
So i shouldn't be charged but here i'm am with 152 pound bill in my email today
