What is the happen with my bill??

Hello

my name is Donghyo kim I used to be a student in Oxford

at that time I paid monthly with my bank account. after my course I moved to Korea and when I left england I went to O2 shop in london and then I stopped my O2 service However!!! I read email from o2 yesterday

it was about bill !! they said I have to pay more than 300 pounds even I thought it has done!

so...what should I do now??? please help my problem 😞

p.s I left england 3months ago

You need to use the overseas number on this link to call O2 and resolve the issue.
It may be contract termination fees or they may not have cancelled it correctly, but either way, customer service can let you know.

You can't just stop a contract midterm. You have been billed for the full outstanding balance.

@Anonymous You can call O2 Customer Service using Skype or another VOIP for free using this number: 0800 032 1402

You should call and speak to someone as soon as you can to avoid any more increase in your charges. Best time to call to avoid a long wait on hold is 8-8.30 am UK time. 

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
