What is O2 going to ship to me?

I recently found that O2 is making a £6 discount on the 2GB tariff and I ordered it to use in the next 12 months earlier today.

 

I am now having the new £19 2GB 12M tariff on my account with the new allowance but I just saw a message saying that O2 has shipped the order by Royal Mail so what is being shipped as I already get the tariff active on my account?

They ship you a spare sim to use if needed.

How can I check if the discount is applied? I changed the tariff in the upgrade link.

Then that's quite funny. Last year when I changed tariff during the double data offer period in store they did not give me one.

I would consider the letter box as insecure. If it is stolen, will my account still be safe?

It will show as a bolt on.
