What happened to the Port In form?

I used it a week or two ago to initiate a couple of port ins for the kids SIMO plans. Neither worked 🙄 so going to try again but the form has disappeared? No mention here anymore, says you have to call:

Probably best to call O2 have got themselves in a mess recently on porting

Guide: Migration & porting into O2  

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

It always been best to call up and give PAC codes, as it means that any verification that is needed can be done on the call, and if there is a problem with the PAC Code they can advise the next steps. 

This is better than automated tools, that send out a generic automated response..
