Help
I've started a new contract and wanted to keep my number. So the new phone is all set up but the sim still hasn't activated its been 2 days. How long does it usually take?

You can use your old sim or do a sim swap to activate the new one.

The sim should be activated if not then you need to reach out to customer services.
