Hi, I have recently moved onto O2. I need to chose an Extra however the only option available to chose is Disney+. I do not need Disney+ and I was under the impression that other Extras were available.
How do I find out what these are and select them? I see no option either via the app or online. I also cannot speak to customer setvice as it is not an emergency!
