Web top-up and Auto top-up not working

Anonymous
Not applicable

I keep trying to top-up my phone, but when I click the the "Web top-up" button it directs me to a "Problem loading page" that says 'The connection was interrupted' but there's nothing wrong with my internet, everyhting else is fine. Plus when I try "Auto top-up" it takes me to the "sign in" page, even though I'm already signed in, and when I attempt to re-sign in it just brings me to the same "sign in" page like nothing happened...what's going on??

Give it a try with a different browser if you can or if not at least clear your cookies from your current browser for the O2 site.
