@unhappycamper As you're leaving anyway, just pay the £1 and don't fret over it. O2 are incredibly petty when it comes to things like this, and despicable when it comes to affecting credit ratings if paltry amounts don't get paid. Just to make sure it is only £1, call and speak to someone in customer service in the morning. I wouldn't rely on the accuracy of anything Live Chat might tell you.
