Is with my bill going on for more than 1 month. All started because a customer service agent got the numbers wrong for a number migration.
Now I am being charged over £600 which I have been told will be credited, with no sign of it happening. I phone customer services pretty much every other day, with little of no help from the people I speak to!
my bank have charged me for an unplanned over draft, my phone has been blocked, I am being charged late fees, my credit rating is being effected, I have been promised manager call backs and up dates on several occasions and not receiving either. I emailed an official complaint, and not heard back.
All in all and appalling service, civilised worded cannot explain how unhappy I am. After 20+ years with O2, I will be leaving!!
