Was told I would get a free subscription ?

Hey guys

Upgraded today on the phone and the guy told me on the phone I would get a free subscription for a number of mounts to audible or amazon video or some others. I see no emails about this so how do I access ? Cheers.

Log into MyO2  and there should be an option for 'add your extra' - they will be listed there - I am not sure how quickly MyO2 updates but if there is nothing there today maybe try again tomorrow (I do believe it updates at midnight but stand to be corrected)

I have 6 months Prime Video and I got an email with the details of the tariff with a link to add the extra. That then shows in My O2. You will need to register for an Amazon account if you don't have one and then you just need to sign into Prime Video.
