This is not finished,
3. After trying for ages to upgrade my phone to pay monthly on the 13th, last day of offer, everything seemed to be going ok. Right at the end they said they couldn't go ahead seemingly because Equifax did a credit check and found l 'dont exist.'
4. I have simply had enough.

@John10 Just out of curiosity, how could one month on Pay & Go cost you as much as a year on Pay Monthly, and why are you blaming O2 for an Equifax report? If they're saying you don't exist, what makes you think any other network is going to give you a contract?

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Hey I want to change my tariff lower rate options are available but O2 app and website just keep showing me higher tariff options all you web navigation is misdirected at making customers pay more ....why isn't it simple to move to a lower tariff???

Also where is the customer care number to close an account, it is just a loop taking back to account management

@adzsays

You can only change to a lower tariff, mid contract, if you are on a flex plan.

If you have completed your minimum term you can "upgrade" to a lower tariff in your MyO2.

If you wish to cancel, help here Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
