You won't get a call back. O2 staff are extremely thin on the ground due to Covid.
If you are eligible to upgrade it will show in MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
You can then go to the shop https://www.o2.co.uk/shop and choose the device you want. There's a winter sale on currently.
Remember though, you must choose UPGRADE otherwise you will end up with two contracts.
