Want to keep my phone number. I’m an 02 customer. New phone and SIM has arrived. Tried calling 202 but keep being cut off.

@Newphone123 If you're have only purchased a new phone, but not changed your contract you can either use your old sim, or swap to the new sim provided: SIM Swap: a mini guide (incl eSim) - O2 Community

If you're not comfortable doing it yourself, you can call into an O2 store if you have one nearby and they'll do it for you. Be sure to bring identification with you.

Thank you… just spoke to someone as was being charged for the 2 sims - phone numbers. Thanks for your reply x
