Want to discuss contract / cancel

Hi All,

I've found a deal on a phone and I'm looking to discuss with O2 to see if they will match/better it. Failing that I need to call them to discuss cancelling the contract.

Whatever I do I can't seem to connect with someone. I imagine this is due to what is going on right now but my contract is coming to an end so I need to work this out ASAP.

Hi @Mjeffers ,

 

Yes give your notice and get a pac code. You have 30 days to use your Pac code. It normally takes 2 working days to transfer from one network to another. so 28 days after youve given your notice/got your pac code you would give that pac code to your new provider. 

 

But as an O2 employee I wish you would stay with O2. I am sure that once things settle down if you speak with the retention team we would offer you a favorable deal to stay.
