By way of explanation, a change of billing system and credit checks are required, hence the need to call, but you'll still be using the wrong sim card unles someone can forward it on to you from your home address.

Please can you advise on how can I do the following on the web or mobile application as I am not in the UK currently:

1) Change my prepaid account to postpaid without a new sim card?
2) Receive monthly bills to my address in the UK?
